No, you don’t need to attend a home open to make an application. If your application is shortlisted, we will endeavour to arrange a suitable time for you to visit the property so you can decide if you want to proceed.

Processing times can vary depending on the number of applications and how long it takes for references to get back to us.

Sometimes we may need to limit the number of attendees at a home open so it may be the case that all viewing slots are booked. We may also be in the process of negotiating access with the current occupant.
